WASHINGTON, DC — Kehlani has postponed two East Coast shows after a hospital visit left her unable to perform. The Grammy-nominated R&B singer said she was not cleared to sing for the next two dates on her schedule.

In a post on social media, Kehlani said the affected concerts were set for Aug. 26 in Camden, New Jersey, and Aug. 27 in Columbia, Maryland. She told fans she had been up all night unable to swallow and in severe pain before going to the hospital.

Despite the setback, she said she still planned to return to the stage for a show in Richmond, Virginia, on Saturday.
