Nintendo Adds Dallas, Los Angeles, Carnegie Hall and Toronto Dates to the Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Orchestral Concert Tour

TOKYO, JP — Nintendo has expanded its The Legend Of Zelda 40th anniversary orchestral concert tour, adding new stops in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom after the first announcement drew criticism from fans for having too few dates.

The company unveiled the tour earlier this month during a special The Legend Of Zelda Direct showcase. It is set to open at Tokyo’s Garden Theatre in January 2027 before moving on to Europe, North America and Australia, with more cities still expected later.

Dallas, Los Angeles, New York and Toronto join the schedule

The new North American dates give the tour a bigger footprint in the U.S. and Canada. Dallas has been added for three nights at the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center in late June, while Los Angeles will host a concert at the Hollywood Bowl in August.

New York has also been added with three Carnegie Hall performances in October, including a matinee, and Toronto will get two concerts at Roy Thomson Hall later that month. Those additions come on top of previously confirmed U.S. stops in Chicago, Seattle, Houston and Vienna, Virginia.

How the 27-date tour is spread across Asia, Europe, Australia and North America

The full itinerary now stretches from Japan through Europe, Australia and North America, reflecting the scale Nintendo is aiming for with the anniversary celebration. Japanese dates include Tokyo, Fukuoka, Sapporo, Kyoto and Yokohama, while Melbourne and Sydney anchor the Australian leg.

European stops currently include London, Stockholm, Edinburgh and Glasgow. In the U.S., the tour now runs through Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, Seattle, Houston and Vienna, with San Francisco still listed as to be announced. The company has not yet filled every date.

More European cities are still being planned

Nintendo says concerts in France, Germany, Italy and Spain will be announced in the future. In a message shared by Nintendo UK, the company said details and additional cities are expected to be revealed in the near future.

That means the concert series is still growing, even after the added North American and British dates. Ticket sales for the London, Stockholm, Edinburgh and Glasgow performances were set to begin on September 30 at 12:00 p.m. UK time, though ticket information for some other shows is still pending.

A first listen comes from the new Triforce Medley

To show fans what the concerts will sound like, Nintendo also shared a live performance video of a specially created piece called the Triforce Medley. The company said the arrangement is built around the series’ core virtues of wisdom, power and courage.

Nintendo described the medley as a mix of several songs woven together for the anniversary tour. That preview helps set the tone for a production designed not just as a game tribute, but as a large-scale orchestral event for longtime Zelda players and concertgoers alike.
