Descendants-Zombies Crossover Tour Brings Disney Magic to Packed LA Concert

LOS ANGELES — Downtown LA lit up with Disney energy this week as the Descendants-Zombies: Worlds Collide Tour rolled into Crypto.com Arena for its second consecutive sold-out show, drawing fans of all ages for a night of crossover pop magic.

The nationwide tour — now in full swing — is bringing together cast members and hit songs from all four Descendants movies and all three Zombies films, marking what fans are calling Disney’s most iconic live crossover event since the Hannah Montana and Jonas Brothers tours of the early 2000s.

Stars Live Out Childhood Dreams on Stage

Performers Malachi Barton, Freya Skye, and Kylie Cantrall are among the stars fueling the excitement on stage.

“It’s just wild. We’re selling tickets — and that’s all we hoped for,” said Barton.

“Going to be backstage every day and performing… it’s just unreal. I dreamt of this since I was a little girl,” added Skye.

For Kylie Cantrall, the show has been more than just a performance — it’s personal:

“This crossover is going to be a lot of kids’ first concert. That’s iconic,” she shared.

Crowds began lining up hours before doors opened, many wearing outfits inspired by Mal, Evie, Addison, and Zed — representing their favorite Disney Channel characters. The concert has tapped into more than just childhood fandom — it’s delivering a message about holding onto fun and joy, no matter your age.

“Nothing’s too kiddy,” said attendee Chae Jones. “Once you lose a part of your childhood nature, you become a little miserable. I like to be fun.”

Another fan, Ava Cowman, summed it up:

“I love Descendants and Zombies… my worlds are colliding!”
