Civic Center Park Concert Series Returns With Jamie xx, Boiler Room, and Sammy Virji

DENVER — The open-air charm of downtown Denver is getting a major upgrade this summer as the Civic Center Park Concert Series returns with four genre-bending nights of music, dancing, and celebration. Hosted at The Greek Theater inside Civic Center Park, the series kicks off August 6 and runs through September 13 — bringing world-renowned DJs, electronic artists, and local underground acts to the heart of the city.
A Stacked Lineup of Global and Local Stars
Kicking off the series on August 6 is Jamie xx, the Mercury Prize-winning producer and member of The xx. Known for his genre-blurring album In Colour, Jamie xx will share the stage with German favorite DJ Koze, famous for his offbeat charm and soulful, dancefloor-ready beats.
On August 8, UK powerhouse duo Gorgon City returns to Denver with their signature blend of polished vocal house and deep basslines. That night will also feature a rare B2B set with Tiga and TEED (Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs), promising a night of high-energy, unpredictable sonic twists. Fans can also catch Chris Luno and multi-instrumentalist Maro infusing organic vibes into the mix.
Boiler Room Makes Its Denver Debut
For fans of raw, underground energy, August 9 brings the legendary Boiler Room to Denver for the first time. The lineup is stacked: French techno titan Nico Moreno, genre-defying sets from Anaïs Sasha, Charlie Sparks, Chippy Nonstop, and hometown talents like GANO and Joanna Kuchta.
It’s a rare chance to witness the Boiler Room experience — a global platform that showcases unfiltered live sets in intimate, immersive settings — right in the center of Denver’s skyline.
Sammy Virji Closes Out With UK Bass Energy
The final night, September 13, is reserved for UK garage sensation Sammy Virji, who brings his high-speed, bass-heavy energy to the stage. Known for viral tracks like “If U Need It”, Sammy’s electric performances have earned him a place among the most exciting new acts in the UK dance scene.
Each show begins at 5 PM, giving fans a chance to dance as the sun sets over the Rockies. The combination of cutting-edge music and Civic Center Park’s stunning setting makes this one of Denver’s most anticipated summer experiences.
