Zach Top to Headline Night 1 of 2026 Coors Light Birds Nest at WM Phoenix Open

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA — The 2026 Coors Light Birds Nest concert series at the WM Phoenix Open is kicking off with one of country music’s fastest-rising stars. Zach Top will headline Night 1 of the four-night series on Thursday, Feb. 5, 2026, joined by special guest Ernest.

This marks Top’s first-ever performance at the Birds Nest, a staple of the Phoenix Open week that blends PGA Tour energy with high-profile live music.

A Hot Streak for Zach Top

Fresh off being named one of Rolling Stone’s “Hottest Acts Right Now,” Zach Top is riding momentum into 2026. His highly anticipated second album, “Ain’t In It for My Health”, drops Aug. 29, 2025, led by the Billboard-praised single “Good Times & Tan Lines” — already labeled one of summer’s top country anthems.

Top’s 2023 debut, “Cold Beer & Country Music”, earned an ACM Album of the Year nomination, and his breakout hit “I Never Lie” topped the country charts in 2024, earning him ACM New Male Artist of the Year.

Ernest Brings Nashville Swagger

Opening the night will be Ernest, the Nashville-based artist-writer whose blend of George Jones twang and hip-hop edge has made him one of the most in-demand names in country music.

A four-time ACM Award nominee and three-time CMA Triple Play Award winner, Ernest has written chart-toppers for Morgan Wallen, Jelly Roll, and Chris Lane, and co-penned the 2025 Grammy-nominated smash “I Had Some Help” by Post Malone featuring Morgan Wallen.
