Lexington Police Searching for Driver After Late-Night Hit-and-Run Sends Four to Hospital

LEXINGTON, KY – Four people were taken to the hospital after a late-night hit-and-run crash in Lexington, and police are now searching for the driver who fled the scene.

Crash Happened Just Before Midnight on Winchester Road

According to Lexington Police, the collision occurred shortly before midnight on Nov. 16 along Winchester Road near New Circle Road. Officers arrived to find two vehicles involved, with one driver missing.

All four injured individuals were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, authorities confirmed.

Second Vehicle Found — But Driver Was Gone

Police say the second car remained at the crash site when officers arrived, but the driver had already taken off. Investigators are working to determine who was behind the wheel and what led to the crash.
