Tickets for the concert go on sale Friday at 10 a.m., giving local fans a chance to lock in seats for a rare chance to catch the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees indoors at one of the city’s signature venues.
A band with decades of chart history
The announcement leans on Chicago’s unusual staying power. The group has been called one of the most important bands in music since the dawn of the rock and roll era, and it was the highest-charting American band in Billboard Magazine’s Top 125 Artists of All Time.
