Green Alert Issued for Missing Oconto County Veteran Trevor Miotke
MOUNTAIN, Wis. — Authorities in Oconto County have issued a Green Alert for a missing U.S. Army veteran, asking the public for help in locating him.
Veteran Reported Missing
Officials say Trevor Miotke, 28, was last seen around 10 p.m. Wednesday at his parents’ home on Maiden Lake Road in Mountain. He left his belongings and vehicle behind, leading investigators to believe he departed on foot.
Description Released
Miotke is described as:
- White male
- 6’3” tall, approximately 195 pounds
- Brown hair (longer than in the provided photo)
- Brown eyes
He was last seen wearing tan shorts and a T-shirt and may have been wearing Crocs or sandals.
Public Asked to Help
Authorities said Miotke’s whereabouts remain unknown, and multiple attempts to locate him have been unsuccessful. Because of his military background and potential risk factors, a Green Alert — Wisconsin’s system for missing at-risk veterans — was activated.
