SoulFest 2025 Brings Switchfoot, We the Kingdom, and More to Greenfield with Music and Faith-Filled Fun

GREENFIELD, MA — SoulFest will return to the Franklin County Fairgrounds from August 14 to 16, 2025, offering a reimagined blend of music, faith, and togetherness under the theme “Live a Great Story.” According to the Greenfield Recorder, the event is focusing less on sheer volume and more on meaningful connections this year.

A New Chapter of Connection

Under the new leadership of Frank Tate and Bev Abbonizio, the number of performing artists has been scaled back from 63 in 2024 to create space for more communal experiences. Festivalgoers can expect pickleball, cornhole, workshops, children’s programming, and even ice cream-eating contests alongside the music. Organizers told the Recorder the goal is to build “face-to-face moments” and combat rising social isolation.

Festival Highlights & Headliners

This year’s lineup brings together a mix of chart-topping Christian acts and emerging voices:

  • August 14 (Thursday): CAIN, Peter Furler, Paul Colman, Caleb & John, VOTA, Justin McRoberts, Remedy Drive
  • August 15 (Friday): Switchfoot, Matt Maher, Katy Nichole, KB, Gio, Rachel DeLong, Eric Lee Brumley, Christopher Williams, and more
  • August 16 (Saturday): We the Kingdom, Josiah Queen, Matt Maher (returning), Tenth Avenue North, Gracie Binion, Shelby Patterson, and Saved by Skarlet

Tickets, Access & Special Experiences

Festival passes and premium upgrades are already available on the SoulFest ticket page. Options range from standard 3-Day passes to MainStage Meadow and Premium Pit Pass access. Children under six can attend for just $0.02.

Meet-and-greet opportunities will allow fans to connect directly with headliners. On Thursday, CAIN will be available, followed by Friday sessions with KB, Katy Nichole, Switchfoot, and Matt Maher. Saturday brings We the Kingdom, Josiah Queen, and Tenth Avenue North to the fan zone, as noted on the festival’s What’s New page.

For those staying overnight, SoulFest is also offering family camping and themed hostel setups for young adults, creating opportunities for deeper fellowship in line with the event’s mission.

Why This Festival Matters

More than just a music gathering, SoulFest has always been rooted in community, faith, and social impact. Tate says the focus this year is on fostering shared experiences that bridge divides. “Everybody’s welcome,” he told the Recorder, underscoring the festival’s inclusive vision.
