Wisconsin Deputies Search for Motorcyclists Who Fled at 130 MPH on I-94

DUNN COUNTY, Wis. — Deputies in Wisconsin are searching for two motorcyclists who fled law enforcement on Interstate 94, reaching speeds of more than 130 miles per hour and endangering other drivers.

High-Speed Chase on I-94

The Dunn County Sheriff’s Office said the motorcycles were spotted on Friday, September 19, when deputies attempted a traffic stop. Instead of pulling over, the riders accelerated and continued westbound on I-94, weaving through traffic at reckless speeds.

Officials said one of the motorcycles was equipped with a fake Wisconsin license plate, making it harder to trace ownership.

Public Asked to Assist

Authorities are asking anyone who may have witnessed the pursuit or has information about the motorcyclists’ identities to come forward. Tips can be shared with the Dunn County Sheriff’s Office or reported anonymously through Dunn County Crime Stoppers.

Safety Risks on the Road

Deputies emphasized that fleeing at 130 mph or more drastically reduces reaction time and creates extreme danger for everyone on the highway. They urged drivers to remain alert and report reckless activity immediately.

The case remains under investigation as officials work to identify and locate the suspects.
