U.S. Marshals Seek Wisconsin Man Accused of Stabbing His Wife

MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN — The U.S. Marshals Service is asking for the public’s help in locating Luis Alacaraz-Rocha, a Wisconsin man accused of repeatedly stabbing his wife in the neck during a violent 2016 domestic dispute.

Authorities said the attack occurred in August 2016, when Alacaraz-Rocha allegedly came home, woke his sleeping wife, and accused her of infidelity.

Violent Confrontation

According to investigators, the couple’s argument escalated into the living room, where Alacaraz-Rocha pulled out a knife and stabbed his wife multiple times.

Despite her injuries, the woman managed to flee with the knife still lodged in her neck and called police. She survived the attack, but Alacaraz-Rocha fled the scene and has been on the run ever since.

Fugitive at Large

Now 49 years old, Alacaraz-Rocha has no prior criminal history but remains wanted for the attack.

Investigators believe he may still be in Milwaukee or could have fled as far as Mexico. U.S. Marshals said they have pursued multiple leads over the years but none have led to his capture.

“It takes a special mindset to be able to engage in that type of behavior against somebody that you allegedly care for,” one U.S. Marshal said of the case.

Public Asked to Help

Alacaraz-Rocha is described as 5’7” tall, weighing 188 pounds.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact the U.S. Marshals Tipline at 414-297-3707. Callers may remain anonymous, officials confirmed to FOX6 Milwaukee.

The case remains a top priority for the Marshals’ Fugitive Task Force, and law enforcement officials are urging the public to come forward with any credible tips. For continued updates on Wisconsin’s most wanted fugitives and law enforcement efforts, follow ChicagoMusicGuide.com.
