One Dead, Two Teenagers Injured in Overnight Milwaukee Triple Shooting
MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN — A violent triple shooting in Milwaukee’s Roosevelt Grove neighborhood left one person dead and two teenagers injured late Saturday night, according to the Milwaukee Police Department.
Officers were called to the area near Fond du Lac Avenue and Hoyt Place around 11:22 p.m., where they found three victims suffering from gunshot wounds. One of the victims, whose age has not been released, was taken to a hospital but later died from their injuries.
Two 17-year-olds were also transported to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
Fight Believed to Have Led to Shooting
Investigators believe a fight or confrontation may have escalated into gunfire. Authorities have not yet disclosed the circumstances surrounding the dispute or whether the victims knew one another.
Police confirmed that no arrests have been made, and the case remains an active investigation.
“Detectives are working to determine what led up to this shooting,” officials said in a statement early Sunday.
Community and Police Appeal for Information
The Milwaukee Police Department is urging anyone with information about the shooting to come forward.

Community leaders have expressed renewed concern over youth violence and late-night disputes that too often turn deadly in Milwaukee neighborhoods.
This marks another tragic weekend for the city as police continue to respond to a string of shootings across Milwaukee. Authorities say they remain committed to reducing gun violence through community partnerships and increased patrols in high-risk areas.
