U.S. Marshals Searching for Milwaukee Fugitive Willie Holland, a ‘Career Criminal’ With 30-Year Record
MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN — Federal authorities are searching for 52-year-old Willie Holland, a Milwaukee man described as a “career criminal” with a criminal history stretching back more than three decades.
According to the U.S. Marshals Service, Holland went on the run after violating his supervised federal release earlier this year. He was previously indicted on federal gun charges and has a lengthy rap sheet that includes robbery, drug distribution, and resisting arrest.
“He is considered a career criminal in the court system,” said the marshal on the case, citing Holland’s violent felony record from the 1990s.
From Federal Prison to Fugitive: A Pattern of Crime
Holland’s criminal record spans nearly 30 pages, with multiple convictions for robbery with force, possession with intent to distribute narcotics, and obstruction of justice.
After being indicted in 2020 for a federal firearm violation, Holland served over four years in prison before being placed on supervised release. But according to the Marshals, his behavior quickly raised red flags.
In July 2025, Holland was stopped by Milwaukee police on the city’s south side. Officers reportedly found drugs and large sums of cash, suggesting continued involvement in drug trafficking.
“He was pulled over, and they were able to locate some drugs and a lot of U.S. currency — cash indicative of dealing drugs,” said the marshal.
Before a federal detainer could be filed, Holland was released. When told to report to the federal probation office, he refused and allegedly told officers he was “going on the run.”
Marshals Warn Fugitive May Still Be in Milwaukee
Authorities believe Holland remains in the Milwaukee area and continues his criminal lifestyle despite his age.
“Although he’s a little bit older these days, he still has the tendencies to do things erratically,” said the marshal.
Holland is described as 5-foot-7, 175 pounds, with a teardrop tattoo under his left eye. He is also known to use the nickname “Junior.”
Public Asked to Report Sightings
The U.S. Marshals Service urges anyone with information on Holland’s whereabouts to contact their Tipline at 414-297-3707. Tips can remain anonymous.
Officials say Holland’s capture is a priority given his long history of violence and drug offenses.
As the manhunt continues, Marshals warn that Holland should be considered dangerous and not approached. For ongoing updates on Wisconsin fugitives and law enforcement efforts, follow ChicagoMusicGuide.com.
