BOWLING GREEN, KENTUCKY — Several people are facing felony theft charges following a large-scale investigation into stolen property valued at more than $200,000, according to the Bowling Green Police Department.
Officials say the case involves a series of coordinated thefts targeting construction tools, catalytic converters, and copper, with suspects tied to multiple counties in southern Kentucky.
Police Uncover Major Theft Operation
Investigators from the Criminal Investigations Division of the Bowling Green Police Department say the probe uncovered an organized operation responsible for a string of high-value thefts across the area.
Authorities said the investigation involved multiple agencies, including the Edmonson County Sheriff’s Office and the Warren County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office, who worked together to track down suspects and recover stolen goods.

Police say indictment warrants are active for 64-year-old Joseph Pulliam, who has not yet been located. Officers believe he may still be in the area and are asking for the public’s assistance.
