Racine Police Investigate Homicide After 26-Year-Old Man Shot Near 10th and Park

RACINE, WISCONSIN — A 26-year-old man has died after being shot early Saturday morning near 10th Street and Park Avenue in Racine, prompting a homicide investigation by local police.

According to the Racine Police Department, officers were called to the area around 4:15 a.m. on November 1 following reports of gunfire. While police were processing the scene, they received word that a gunshot victim had arrived at Ascension All Saints Hospital with critical injuries.

Despite emergency treatment, the man succumbed to his wounds shortly after arriving.
