FORT ATKINSON, WISCONSIN — Police in Fort Atkinson responded to a domestic disturbance call Sunday evening after shots were reportedly fired in a residential neighborhood, prompting a large emergency response.
According to the Fort Atkinson Police Department, officers were dispatched just after 5:20 p.m. to the 600 block of Washington Street, near Sherman Avenue West, following reports of gunfire during what was believed to be a domestic incident.
